Ebel Watches Are Crafted to Perfection

Category: watchesadmin @ 9:34 am

The history of Ebel watches started in 1911 when a talented couple Eugene Blum and Alice Levy established the company under the name Ebel, the initials of the couple’s names. Their joint hearted effort soon witnessed the tremendous success of the company. The incomparable quality along with stringent production standards yield not only awareness for the company but also orders from all over the globe.

In 1929, the company obtained rapid development with two young men’s joining in the company, son of the founders Charles Eugene Blum and a professional watch manufacturer Marcel Reuche. Orders kept pushing in by name watch brands for the accurate, faithful movements manufactured by Ebel. However, many hold that it is the intricated art of design that makes the company stand out in the fierce competition.

Later the brand has reached its momentum in the realm of watchmaking when Pierre Alain Blum, son of Eugene joined the company under the title of “The Architects of Time”. The brand formed strong bond with sports such as golf and tennis sponsorship with the debut of Ebel Sport Classic collection characterized by the “Wave” bracelet in the market. It is Pierre Alain who elevated the brand to a new level and won a younger fashion conscious consumer base. The new charismatic leader of the brand has managed to adhere to its forefront position of creating affordable watches both for men and women with focus on design.

Nowadays, as a member of the Movado group, exceptional re-workings of the exquisite models in the Ebel collection and the rebirth of the mystical “Architects of Time” have elevated the brand to a worldwide consumer base.
